The protection of personal data is a high priority at Hotel BelAhr GmbH. We made technical and organisational arrangements to ensure that your data is protected within the laws of data protection, by us and our partners.
Personal Data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a specific person. Personal data is information like your real name, address, postcode, phone number. Information that can’t be connected to a specific identity (e.g. favorite page on a website or amount of user per page) are not subsumed by these protection laws.
Generally you can use our online offer without showing your identity. If you register or take part in any lottery or booking requests we will ask you for personal data. It is up to you if you provide us with these information. Your data is stored on specially secured server systems in Germany. Access to these information is only granted to a limited number of specially authorised persons, that take care of technical, mercantile or editorial maintainance of these servers.
In relation to the connection with our server we save data for security reasons that could maybe be used to identify you (e.g. IP-Adress, date, time and viewed pages). We ensure to not try and use this data to grab personal information of specific individuals.
We reserve the right for anonymous evaulations of that data.
Transmission of personal data to any third parties
In cases of reservations we only use your personal data within Hotel BelAhr GmbH and associated companies. We will not disseminate any of your personal data without your explicit acquiescence.
In case of the transmission of your booking related personal data to any Hotel BelAhr GmbH associated thirdparty, this personal data is subject to BDSG and any other legal provisions.
It is also bound to the data privacy policies of Hotel BelAhr GmbH. As far as we are legaly compelled by any court order we will transmit your personal data to any legitimate entitled authorities.
Right of revocation
You can delete personal data you give us at any time. Data used for billing and within the accounting department is excluded from deletion.
Usage of cookies
We use “cookies” (small data and configuration information) to match specifications of “Informationsgemeinschaft zur Feststellung der Verbreitung von Werbeträgern e.V. (IVW). You help us to detect the frequency of usage and the amount of visits of our website. Some parts of the website use cookies to realize special usability.
Usage of our offer is also possible without cookies. Most browsers are configurated to automatically accept cookies. You can deactivate the usage of cookies within your browser settings.
Children
Persons under 18 years should not transmit any personal data without permisson of parents or legal guardian
